Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our product, Novella Blooms, LLC is only able to guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 3 days. We've outlined a few best practices below that will help you prolong the life of your arranged stems.
Flower Care
- Top off with water as soon as you receive your arrangement.
- Place flowers away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Make sure leaves and blooms do not fall below the water line. A vase filled ¾ full of water is best.
- Remove wilted flowers and leaves as they begin to fade so that remaining blooms stay fresh longer.
- Keep wilted blooms, leaves, or stems out of your vase to minimize the spread of bacteria.
- On day 3, trim the stems, change the water, and mix in the provided flower food.
- Thereafter, change the water every other day.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement, within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, please email each of the following details to hello@novellablooms.com so that we can help make it right.
- Subject Line: Refund Request

- Recipient's name/email/phone number
- 1-2 photos of the arrangement
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns on the purchase of Novella Blooms gift cards.
